On Saturday, January 12th, the Stronghold will be hosting its Grand Opening Party! All are invited for free food, tours of the gym and CrossFit and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu demonstrations all day.
Raffles will also be held all day for a chance to win free memberships, private lessons, Stronghold wear and other products from our neighboring businesses.
Schedule of Festivities
12PM - 12:45PM - Meet, Greet and EAT!
1PM - 1:45PM - Brazilian Jiu Jitsu 101 with Roy Harris
2PM - 5PM - CrossFit, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Kettlebells demos every half hour and on the hour
Also offering free massages throughout the day.
