Pre-Registration until Wednesday February 9th 2011 at Midnight. After Wednesday February 9th 2011 will go up another $15.

THERE WILL BE NO NEW REGISTRATIONS EXCEPTED AFTER SATURDAYS WEIGHT IN - NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.


Spectator Tickets: $10 Adults $5 Kids

To be Pre-Registered for the event you must have filled out the registration on the website and have paid before the deadlines. Grappling Experience has a Strict NO REFUND Policy. There will be no Registration excepted at the weigh in’s at the Tournament.

This is a qualifying event for the tournament of Champions on December 18th 2011. All of the Division winners will be qualified for that event.

NOTE: If you are competing in Gi you DO NOT have to weigh in with your GI on.

****ADULT COMPETITORS PLEASE NOTE; Due to the high demand and number of competitors attending this tournament, all adult brackets will be pre printed Saturday night after weigh ins are closed (If you weigh in Saturday and don’t make the weight you signed up for, we can still move you). If you are weighing in on Sunday morning and you don‘t make the weight that you signed up for you will be Disqualified from the tournament and YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED YOUR COMPETITOR FEE‘S.

If you weigh in passed 7:30 AM you will be Disqualified from the tournament.
If you are weighing in on Sunday DON’T show up at 7:30 AM and try to weigh in. Get to the event 30 Minutes or an hour before the weigh ins end. The sooner that you weigh in the sooner the event will start.


Tournament Schedule (Start time 9 AM SHARP)
NOTE: This Tournament Schedule is based on estimated times from past events and how long it took to get through each division. The Event will start at 9:00 am sharp. If your division is estimated to start at 11:00 am, that doesn’t mean that every weight class will start at 11:00 am. Please allow yourself extra time, because depending on how many competitors are in each weight class it might take more or less time to get to your weight class. We start with the lightest weight class in that division and work our way up. If we call your name and you don’t immediately report to the check in area you will be disqualified from the tournament, and YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED YOUR COMPETITOR FEE‘S FOR ANY REASON.
