After June 22nd, 2011 $75 For One Division (No Shirt Included)
Before June 22nd $85 For Both Gi and No-Gi (Includes Free Event shirt)
After June 22nd $100 For Both Gi and No-Gi (No Shirt Included)
Pre-Registrations ends on Wednesday June 22th, 2011 at Midnight. After Wednesday June 22th, 2011 the price will increase by $15.
(Note: Please add $15 for the Male Adult Absolute Division.)
Spectator Tickets: UPSTAIRS - $10 Adults $5 Kids
DOWNSTAIRS - $20 Adults $10 Kids
To be Pre-Registered for the event you must have filled out the registration on the website and have paid before the deadlines. Grappling Experience has a Strict NO REFUND Policy.
This is a qualifying event for the tournament of Champions on December 10th and 11th 2011 . All of the Division winners will be qualified for that event.

****ADULT COMPETITORS PLEASE NOTE**** Due to the high demand and number of competitors attending this tournament, all adult brackets will be pre printed Friday night after weigh ins are closed (If you weigh in Friday and don’t make the weight you signed up for, we can still move you). If you are weighing in on Saturday morning and you don‘t make the weight that you signed up for you will be Disqualified from the tournament and YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED YOUR COMPETITOR FEE‘S.
PLEASE DO NOT keep coming up and asking to see your bracket, and or how many competitors are there in your bracket. We will be posting the adult brackets up once they are completed. Same thing applies at the weigh in’s and or before the event PLEASE don’t ask us how many competitors are there for you, any answer we would give you would be a guess so we will not give you any answer do to the fact it will be wrong. We do print the brackets the night before the event, but we have to wait till all the competitors have weighed in to post them up, because there might be corrections that need to be made due to competitors not making the weight that they signed up for.
KID’S, TEEN’S AND WOMEN’S COMPETITORS
Depending on how many competitors there are in kid’s, teen’s, and women’s brackets they might not get posted up, due to time because they are the first brackets to run at the event. We are not able to write any of the brackets until all the competitors have weighed in. So PLEASE DO NOT keep coming up and asking how many competitors are there in there bracket. Same thing applies at the weigh in’s and or before the event so PLEASE don’t ask us how many competitors are there for you, any answer we would give you would be a guess so we will not give you any answer do to the fact it will be wrong. Again please don’t come up and ask it will only just slow up the processes of matching the competitors, and writing the brackets, which in turn will make the event start later.
Note: Grappling X is in charge of all the weigh in’s and a GX Rep will be at each one of the weigh in’s. Tournament Schedule (Start time 9 AM SHARP)
NOTE: This Tournament Schedule is based on estimated times from past events and how long it took to get through each division. The Event will start at 9:00 am sharp. If your division is estimated to start at 11:00 am, that doesn’t mean that every weight class will start at 11:00 am. Please allow yourself extra time, because depending on how many competitors are in each weight class it might take more or less time to get to your weight class. We start with the lightest weight class in that division and work our way up. If we call your name and you don’t immediately report to the check in area you will be disqualified from the tournament, and YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED YOUR COMPETITOR FEE‘S FOR ANY REASON.
