Renzo Salazar- Pan Kids Champion 2010

Renzo Salazar won the IBJJF Pan Kids Championship in impressive fashion. He quickly submitted all three of his opponents with a bow and arrow choke from the back. En route to his victory, Renzo also performed an impressive X-Guard sweep on his first opponent. This move paved the way to victory while also earning Renzo a tri-tip Brazilian Barbeque sandwich from coach Mike Cusi, who had promised Renzo the tasty treat as a reward for his intense training.

Renzo meticulously prepared for this tournament for a solid two weeks. How exactly? "The Recipe" is kept secret. -Ryan D. Salazar

Teammates Justice, Cyric and Hunter also all placed giving Team Stronghold 3 gold medals and 1 bronze. Great job everyone!!!
